Conference: NECIR editor to lead workshop at The Next Edition

Paul Singer, investigations editor for the New England Center for Investigative Reporting and WGBH, will join other local journalists presenting at The Next Edition, the Boston student journalism conference February 24 at WBUR’s new CitySpace theater at Boston University.

Conference sponsor The Daily Free Press, Boston University’s student newspaper, writes:

“We’ve expanded the scope of our panels to include more aspects of journalism, and we’ve added workshops to offer tangible skills you’ll be able to leave with. While you’re gaining valuable skills, you can connect with Boston’s top online, print, radio and broadcast journalists. If you’re looking to connect with student and professional journalists alike, stick around for the networking event at the end of the day.”

Tickets are $15. For a full schedule and list of speakers, visit the conference website.
