NECIR RMV Investigation

Our investigation into the Massachusetts RMV found that driving schools have paid more than $4 million over the past five years to reserve desirable time slots for their clients’ road tests. These private businesses then sell those slots for a profit to the public, whether buyers enroll in their driving courses or not.
